MAJOR ADVANTAGES
IGBT - the modern bipolar transistors, providing minimum electromagnetic interference and low power loss. They increase efficiency and extend the reliability of the power source. They enable high switching frequency, thus providing the instant current adjustment to changes in parameters during welding.

2T/4T - in the case of a double-stroke, after pressing the start button, the welding process commence, and after releasing the button, the welding process stops. The four-stroke is particularly useful in the case of long weld seams, as well as during work when you need to maneuver the handle freely e.g. when welding the pipes. After pressing and releasing the button, the arc ignition occurs, and only after pressing and releasing again, the process ends.

PULSE - provides a better transfer of the binder into the welded material, which essentially improves the control over the welding process and the quality of the weld seam itself. The use of pulse current allows obtaining a weld seam distinguished by its fine-crystalline structure and resistance to the hot cracks. It enables work in all positions and is particularly suitable for forced positions. It provides less heat influence and is suitable for thinner materials or those with higher thermal conductivity such as aluminum alloys. Reduces the chips.

HOT START function - consists in the momentary increase of the welding current above the set value at the moment of arc ignition. This prevents the phenomenon of "sticking of the electrode" in the initial phase of welding, facilitating the start of the entire process. It is recommended to switch off this function for thin components.

ARC FORCE - is used to improve the arc stability and prevent "sticking" of the electrode. Reducing its value also reduces electricity consumption to some extent, the arc is soft and the depth of injection is reduced. This makes it easier to work with thinner materials. Similarly, by increasing ARC FORCE, the arc becomes more concentrated, melt, and the stability of the arc increases.

HF IONIZER - CONTACTLESS ARC IGNITION - a function of a button to control the welding torch. The welding equipment has a non-contact arc ignition module (oscillator), with a built-in gas supply valve. The torch button control line is connected directly to this module. After pressing the control button on the torch, the control signal is sent to the controller of the welding device, which develops the function of the previous t1 gas supply to clean the weld area before welding, and gives a delayed signal to switch on the device.

PRE-GAS - gas flow before the arc ignition. It secures the weld pool from the damaging effect of atmospheric air. Initially cleans the welded material. Regulation is indicated in seconds.

POST-GAS - gas flow after the welding. It secures the weld pool from the damaging effect of atmospheric air. The lack of an additional gas shield might lead to oxidation of the weld seam. Regulation is indicated in seconds.

THERMAL OVERLOAD PROTECTION - built-in protection against overheating of the device to extend its lifespan.

SCART CABLE - for interchangeable use of different types of handles.
